Aarna and Aanya Foundation was created in loving memory of our twin angels Aarna and Aanya.

We lost our twin daughters on the 24th week of pregnancy due to a problem called TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome). When we were diagnosed with this at 22 weeks, we didn’t have a clue what it was. Our life changed overnight because of this. We were getting conflicting information from different sources. We fought to save our babies for 16 days and lost the fight. In the fight we discovered there are 7,500 cases each year in the United States and not enough awareness. With more timely information more babies can be saved. After our experience we decided to start a foundation in memory of our daughters to spread awareness on TTTS.
 

The purpose of this foundation is to provide timely educational, emotional and financial support to families blessed with twins or triplets affected by TTTS. We are committed to support the families by empowering them with timely information required during and after pregnancy.
